KissMySaaS is a platform specializing in automated workflows, AI-driven asset modeling, and infrastructure compliance scaffolding (the "Service"), owned and operated by Developum AI Engine DBa. By accessing the Service on kissmysaas.skin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
[02] Accounts & Subscriptions
Access to specific showcases, audit pipelines, or advanced templates requires an active account subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual cycle and are processed securely by Stripe.
[03] Intellectual Property Rights
We claim no ownership over the inputs, code parameters, or workspace data you feed into the platform. All outputs, reports, and generated files remain your intellectual property. You represent that you possess the necessary rights and permissions for all content uploaded.
[04] Account Deletion & Data Wipe
You can request account deletion and the absolute destruction of all your associated data, audit records, and workspace configurations at any time. Simply email us at hello@kissmysaas.skin. We will complete the data purge within 30 days.
[05] Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the automated compliance metrics or IP drafts satisfy all regional regulatory or legal requirements. You are responsible for reviewing all generated outputs.
