[01] Purpose & Integrity

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the guidelines for accessing and utilizing the automated crew workspaces, showcases, and data rooms of KissMySaaS, which are operated by Developum AI Engine DBa. We require all users to conduct operations with integrity and respect.

[02] Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

Exploit Security: Attempt to scan, test, probe, or breach the infrastructure security posture of our FastAPI endpoints or Supabase configurations.
Abuse AI Telemetry: Submit malicious prompts, SQL injection sequences, or buffer payloads to disrupt the autonomous agents or compromise the forensic logs.
Distribute Unsolicited Content: Use Deal Rooms, hiring workflows, or message templates to distribute spam, unsolicited marketing pitches, or phishing links.
Infringe Rights: Submit copyrighted codebase files or proprietary assets for which you do not possess valid licensing or intellectual property rights.

[03] Enforcement & Suspensions

We reserve the right to review inputs, logs, and billing details to investigate policy violations. Violating this policy may result in immediate suspension or total termination of account access without a refund.

[04] Policy Updates

This AUP will evolve to cover new showcases and features. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to any updated terms.
